How quotes, bookings, delivery and cancellations work with Ultimate Party Time Solutions.
About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Ultimate Party Time Solutions website and any quotation, booking, rental or event service we provide. By submitting an inquiry or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and pricing
All quotes are free and carry no obligation. Quotes are itemized and based on the details you provide — date, venue, guest count, services selected and any custom design work.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and may be adjusted if the details of the event change, including guest count, venue or the services requested.
Booking and deposits
A booking is not confirmed until we receive the agreed deposit and confirm your date in writing. The deposit holds your date and reserves the design, crew and equipment required.
Deposit and balance amounts, and the date the balance is due, are set out in your quote before you commit. Nothing is charged until you approve the quote.
Delivery, setup and breakdown
Delivery, on-site setup, styling and breakdown are included in your quote within our New Jersey service area. We arrive before your event starts and clear everything out afterward.
You agree to provide timely and safe access to the venue, and to ensure the setup area is available for the agreed window. Additional charges may apply where access is delayed or if we are required to return to the venue more than once.
Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price.
Cancellation terms, including whether a deposit is refundable, are set out in your quote or booking confirmation. Deposits may be non-refundable for peak dates and custom work already in production.
Rented items and care
Rental items such as throne chairs, tables, linens and chair covers remain the property of Ultimate Party Time Solutions at all times. Items are provided in clean, usable condition and must be returned in the same condition, normal wear excepted.
You are responsible for loss or damage to rental items while they are in your possession or at your venue, other than damage caused by our crew during setup or breakdown.
Balloon and decor installations
Balloon installations and decor are designed for the environment described in your booking. Extreme heat, direct sun, wind, rain or interference by guests can affect how long balloons and decor hold up.
We will advise on placement to protect the installation. Where an installation is damaged by weather, venue conditions or guest interference after setup, replacements are not included.
Entertainment stations
Entertainment services including face painting, balloon twisting, the temporary tattoo station, the henna station and the cotton candy station are provided by a staffed attendant for the booked duration. Booking length is measured from the agreed start time at the venue.
Face painting and temporary tattoos use skin-safe, cosmetic-grade products. Please tell us in advance about any allergies or sensitivities so we can advise. Henna is applied using natural henna paste.
A parent or guardian must be present for children participating in any entertainment station.
Photography and imagery
We may photograph completed setups for our portfolio unless you ask us not to. If you would prefer no photography at your event, simply tell us at the time of booking or any time before the event.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any booking is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue closures, traffic or supplier failures. Where an event cannot proceed for such a reason, we will work with you to reschedule.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
